Journalists have revealed the identity of two arrested FSB officers who are accused of embezzling 100 million ($1,567). The Telegram channel Baza offers details and pictures of Roman Obolensky and Dmitry Kapyshkin. 


28-year-old Roman Obolensky is a native of the Nizhny Novgorod region. He used to serve in the Alfa division. He lived in Balashikha, on the territory of a FSB Special Forces Center. This military unit is headed by Hero of Russia, Colonel-General Aleksandr Tikhonov. 
Dmitry Kapyshkin is also 28 and lives in the same unit as Obolensky. Kapyshkin is a native of the Rostov region, keen on boxing and hand-to-hand combat. 
Previously, the Moscow Garrison Military Court had taken five FSB officers into custody. Two more were placed under house arrest. A case of Robbery on an Especially Large Scale was initiated. The arrested persons include an FSB Department 'K’ Major, Aleksandr Karelin, who is the grandson of an Academy teacher. The names and surnames of other detainees that journalists managed to find out were Dmitry Chikvin, Varchuk, Vlasov, and Zharov.
